91st SFG Dronebuster

The 91st Security Forces Group is seeking to procure the DZYNE Technologies Dronebuster® Block 4, a man-portable, handheld Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS), for base defense, security force mobility, and dismounted operations at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. The requirement includes the delivery of ten Dronebuster Block 4 W/PNT (SNA) kits, each comprising the handheld unit, handle, battery kits, combat sling, Li-ion batteries, charger, user manual, quick reference card, shipping case, soft case, and external power cable, along with one day of CONUS training for up to ten personnel on operation, takeoff, flight, landing, and emergency procedures. The solicitation is issued as a Firm-Fixed Price acquisition under NAICS code 334511, with no set-aside designation, and is open to all responsible offerors. The contract incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses, including provisions related to small business subcontracting, child and convict labor, equal opportunity for veterans, whistleblower rights, prohibitions on defense telecommunications equipment from covered sources, and compliance with the Buy American Act. Technical acceptability is a mandatory pass/fail gate, requiring all specifications in Attachment 1 to be met, supported by product literature and clear photographs; failure to meet these criteria disqualifies a quote.
