Scope of Work shall be as described and in accordance with drawings and technical specifications prepared by Brandow & Johnston Structural & Civil Engineers, Dated November 15, 2024; The Project includes, without limitation, removal of furring at tenants demising wall, required slab demolition for a new concrete shearwall foundation in sequence shown on the bid documents, removal of CMU wall as needed for access to existing westside column and shoring as required, new form work installation for the new concrete shear wall, placement of concrete shear wall in the sequence shown on the drawings and placement of new slab where existing slab was removed. Cleanup and closeout. Refer to drawings for additional pertinent information.
