The project involves the replacement of the roof and associated components for Building 51, covering approximately 56,000 square feet. The scope includes installing a 70-mil thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, replacing four skylights, and updating the penthouse roof-access ladder to meet OSHA and VA safety standards. The estimated value of the resulting contract is between 2 million and 5 million dollars, with a required performance period of 222 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
