Full Description

The Contractor shall provide, unless otherwise specified, all labor, materials, supplies, transportation and equipment necessary to provide the following:1- One thousand five hundred Tons(1500 TN) of crushed seashell with Marl base, unwashed (as mined from the ground). Material must be hauled by dump truck to various locations with in Avon Park Air Force Range, FL. The estimated cost range is between $10,000 and $25,000, and is an all or none requirement. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTORS REGISTERATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. OFFERORS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRAL REGISTERATION DATABASE MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Registration can be accomplished on www.ccr.gov. This requirement is considered a small business set-aside. Interested Small businesses that meet the criteria must indicate their interest by submitting evidence of their capability to perform (three references with names, phone and contract numbers) within 3 days of this notice. If adequate interest is not received within the time specified, the contract will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside subject to FAR 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for Small Business Concerns. Replies to this notice are requested for NAICS Code 541511. Each company must indicate it's name, address, phone number, and E-mail address; identify whether the firm is Prime, Sub or Supplier, and indicate whether firm is a Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Large Business or if firm is a Woman-owned Business.
