The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract on a sole source basis with the Arts and Science ET Technologies Infinition , Inc. 3630 Rue Jean-Talon, Trois-Rivieres, QC, Canada G8Y 2G7. This contract will be for the procurement of eleven (11) Doppler Radar Heads, BR1001; 10GHz. - Watt, part number 10000-01, five (5) Test Center SoftwareVA-PRO-2, part number 12000-03, four (4) Doppler Analysis Controllers part number 16000-01, five (5) JB-5000 Junction Boxes part number 18040-04, five (5) Tripods for the BR1001 part number 10000-05 and five (5) Signal Cable and Reels, 100M part number11000-01. The Doppler Radar equipment shall be compatible in form fit and function with existing USAYPG Doppler Radar equipment. Arts and Science ET Technologies Infinition, Inc. is the only known company with access to this equipment. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Ac quisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL.
