Fabricate and Deliver two (2) metal navigation lock valve bulkheads. Each bulkhead will be constructed with A-36 and A-992 Grade 50 steel and will be 13'-9 quote mark by 13'-10 quote mark and each will weigh about 13,000 pounds.
