The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training & Instrumentation (PEOSTRI) in Orlando, Florida, plans to award a sole-source contract to DEI Services Corporation based in Winter Park, Florida, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This sole-source award is justified by DEI’s exclusive proprietary software and unique expertise, which are essential for meeting agency requirements related to the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) for the CMT-A Maintenance Trainer.
