NASA/LaRC has a requirement for Phoenix Integration ModelCenter MaintenancePackage, Qty 1.NASA/LaRC intends to purchase the items from Phoenix Integration, Inc. NASA intends topurchase the software package because it is a critical part in the efforts to improve theintegrated conceptual design capability at NASA Langley. This software has been used atNASA LaRC for several years and is an integral part of the work being performed under theFundamental Aeronautics program. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local timeon 03/22/10. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purposeof determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
