99-INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST RIGHTS FOR TELEVISION PROGRAMMING

This is a notice of intent to issue an order to Endemol USA Holdings Inc., 9255 West Sunset Blvd Ste 1100, West Hollywood, CA 90069 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This acquisition is for the International Broadcast Rights for Television Programming. The proposed procurement is for Administrative Agreement for Network Television Programming with Endemol USA Holdings Inc. for the American Forces Network - Broadcasting (AFN), 23755 Z. Street, Riverside CA 92518, to reproduce and distribute television programming. This sole source requirement is for a Base plus 4 option years, that will be solicited from Endemol USA Holdings Inc. who is the exclusive rights holder for the International Broadcast Rights for the programs that will be required. The Government intends to purchase programs through Endemol USA Holdings, Inc. for access to syndicated programming such as - Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, - Fear Factor, and - Deal or No Deal.
