The Kentucky Air National Guard Special Tactics Squadron, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items: Line Item 0001: Vigil Military Parachute Automatic Activation Device 1-PIN (CUSTOM 07), Qty: 17 EA Line Item 0002: Shipping to 1101 Grade Lane Louisville, KY 40213 Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, quote mark Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, sole source contract to Vigil America. Vigil America has the proprietary rights to and is the sole provider and distributor of the equipment. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423910 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Vigil America, 1400 Flightline BLVD STE C, Deland FL, 32724-2140 is the sole supplier for the Vigil Parachute Automatic Activation Devices systems.
