The National Park Service has decided to cancel the existing prospectus issued on August 5, 2003, concerning merchandise retail, food and beverage services, and kennel operations at Carlsbad Caverns National Park. While most aspects of the original prospectus, including the design and construction program, will largely remain unchanged or have only minor adjustments, specific selection factors—namely Principal Selection Factor 1, Principal Selection Factor 5, and Secondary Selection Factor 1—will be modified. These changes are significant enough to impact the offers submitted by interested parties. Following the cancellation, a new, amended prospectus will be issued to reflect these updates. The contract is managed by the Department of the Interior’s Dsc Contracting Services Division based in Denver, Colorado. Inquiries related to the contract can be directed to Judy Jennings, the Chief of the Business Resources Division, or through the designated help desk email.
