The US Army Contracting Command (ACC), National Capital Region (NCR), Alexandria, VA on behalf of the US Army Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG), Pharmacovigilance Center (PVC), under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 251 as implemented in FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency Requirements; intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, sole source purchase order for the annual software maintenance of existing SAS licenses. Executive Information System, LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600 Bethesda, MD, 20827, is the only authorized reseller of SAS Version 8 and later software versions and subsequent maintenance to Government entities. The estimated cost is approximately $83,707.00. The NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. There will be no Request for Quote (RFQ) available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider responses to this notice within five days of this posting.
