Vendors listed in the associated contract attachment are being notified in advance that unilateral closeout will commence ten business days after the announcement’s posting date. Contractors who wish to request a bilateral closeout modification or who have a valid reason to delay or prevent the closeout are encouraged to contact the designated point of contact, Aimee Carlton, before the specified closing date of June 9, 2026. The notice ensures that all parties are aware of the impending administrative closeout process to finalize and reconcile these contracts efficiently under NAICS code 561499.
