The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate intends to utilize robotic process automation (RPA) to closeout con­tracts in accordance with FAR 4.804. The contracts we have identified to be closed all have an expired period of performance, are fully invoiced with a zero-dollar balance, are firm-fixed price, and have an overall obligation that was below the simplified ac­quisition threshold. The The attached list of contracts will be closed by RPA. This is an advance notice to vendors identified on the attached contract list of the forthcoming closeout action. The RPA closeouts will be­gin ten days after the posting of this announcement.
