Intent to Sole Source The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE under purchase order number W91B940010197218. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR Part 13 and 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), to Dialog LLC, 2250 Perimeter Park Drive Ste 300, Morrisville, NC 27560-8892, as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly to this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519190 with a large business size standard of 7M. The resultant purchase order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. The requirement is to purchase an online retrieval system data base to support the government mission. All publicly available online databases and electronic redistribution and archiving (ERA) where applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all information received by 5 August 2013 will be considered by the Government.
