Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center – Panama City, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Dive Lab Inc, 1415 Moylan Rd, Panama City, Fl 32407-4069, on a sole source basis for the acquisition of Primary Display Brackets for the Explosive Ordnance Disposal MK 16 MOD1 underwater breathing apparatus. These brackets are unique to the MK 16 UBA system. These brackets are the only primary display brackets that fall within the Scope of Certification (SOC) boundaries and are identified by manufacture, MIL-SPEC (if applicable) and part number. Substitution of similar materials and components are not authorized without the express permission of NAVSEA 00C4 and requires an approved Departure from Specification. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
