Operational and Technical Services in Support of ATMO Key West Facility

Seaward Services, Inc. was awarded a sole-source, cost plus fixed fee contract to provide a comprehensive range of operational and technical support services for the Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations Key West. The initial award is valued at 4,857,830.40 dollars, with a total potential value of 9,651,144.43 dollars including three two-month option periods. This bridge contract was established to ensure continuity of operations for a twelve-month period while a competitive follow-on Seaport-e task order was processed. The scope of work includes operational, project, technical, and engineering support, as well as physical security, logistics, and communication services. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for facility and vessel coordination, ordnance certification program support, hazardous material program management, and quality assurance for operational centers under ATMO Key West. Performance takes place primarily on-site at the ATMO Key West facility, with an expected completion date in March 2013.
