Description: The Army Contracting Command Redstone intends to purchase one Complete U.S. Set 5, item #9500GSBO. More than 800 pieces. Includes all the tools in the 9400GSO Set and the 9000GS5O Add-on Group plus KRL751 Tool Chest and KRL756A Roll Cab as incidental items under EXPRESS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-09-A-0016/Task Order Number 0007 with Intuitive Research & Technology Corporation (IRTC), Huntsville, AL from Snap-On. These items are not available from GSA Schedule sources. Therefore, in accordance with FAR 8.402(f) this requirement is being synopsized. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested small businesses may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 7 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed task order modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
