Pre-Solicitation Notice (Intent to Sole-Source) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 10), Cincinnati, Ohio 45220-2637 intends to solicit a RFQ for a sole-source procurement to provide Evidence Based Psychotherapy practices: Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) (See Below), using a Indefinite Delivery Requirements (Base + 4 additional options years) contract as the procurement method. The VA anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price Contract (Sole Source) to Case Western Reserve University on or about 09/25/2017 for the Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) training and evaluation services needed.
