This is a modification to the synopsis entitled CATS MACAL AND FLORESTA ENGINEERING SERVICES, Solicitation Number: NNG13481818R which was posted on August 28, 2013.

You are notified that the following changes are made: The synopsis entitled CATS MACAL and FLORESTA Engineering Services (CMAFES) will be cancelled and reissued under the title of Mesoscale Atmospheric Instrument Support Services (MAISS) no later than September 20, 2013.

This change is being made to clarify that the proposed procurement is for Mesoscale Atmospheric Instrument Support Services which include, but is not limited to, the Cloud-Aerosol Transport System (CATS), Multi-Angle Cloud-Aerosol Lidar (MACAL), and Forest Lidar and Optical Research for Ecosystem Structure on Station (FLORESTA).
