Full Description

The current system that needs to be replaced is the DRASH DC2E A/V system. Any replacement A/V system would need be able to fit within in the support system of the J Series Drash tents (please see attached pictures). The replacement system also needs to be compatible with the PESA system. The following are the salient characteristics of the A/V system: Native resolution 1400 x 1050 (SXGA+). System accepts and displays images with a resolution of 640 x 480 to 1920 x 1200. Projection Screen measures 5.5' x 19' to allow for three (3) separate 54" x 72" x 90" diagonal viewing areas. Three (3) DLP projectors must be designed for 24/7 operation. To ensure continuous operation, a maintenance kit must be available for the projector that replaces all moving internal components. 2000/3000 hour lamp life, 300-watt lamp, 2600 ANSI lumens Power 100-240 VAC, 12A, 50/60 Hz. Lightweight square tube aluminum frame system with locking hinge points to allow for fast set up and take down. Must have fully sealed optical architecture to ensure faultless operation in harsh environments. Must have lightweight tube frame that supports all three (3) projectors. Should have rugged coating that allows for increased durability. Must have three (3) projector mounts with wide adjustability included for set up on uneven terrain. Must have at least one (1) 50Ft. and two (2) 25Ft. HD15 VGA video cables. Must have at least one (1) 30Ft. NEMA 5-15 extension cable and one (1) six (6) outlet power strip. Must have self-service, durable, deployable, and provide rugged carrying case for rapid assembly and disassembly.
