The United States Marine Corps is soliciting 30 Bose A30 Low Impedance Headsets with part number 857641-2230 and 35 Atlantic Signal Peltor-compatible 12-inch adapter cables with part number ADP.I.004.47-12 under a Firm Fixed Price contract, strictly as a brand name requirement with no substitutions permitted without prior government approval. This procurement is issued as a Request for Quotation under FAR Part 8.4 for commercial items and is exclusively set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 336413, requiring all offerors to self-certify as small businesses. The headsets must be FAA TSO-C139a and EASA E/Tso-C139a certified, feature noise cancellation, 5-ohm low impedance, active equalization, lightweight design, and must not include Bluetooth functionality; the adapter cables must be specifically compatible with V-22 Osprey, H-1, and CH-53E aircraft intercom systems. All items must be manufactured in the United States in compliance with DFARS 252.225-7036 Buy American provisions, with clear “Made in USA” labeling and accurate manufacturer part numbers.
