A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: asbestos abatement / remediation to support construction.
B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract.
1. The complete removal and proper disposal and management of all friable regulated asbestos containing materials (RACM), Category I and II ( Cat I and II) non-friable asbestos containing materials and
2. The select demolition how ceilings, walls, built in, cabinetry, etc. to access all RACM, CAT I and Cat II ACM and
3. The removal of contaminated gross debris and enclosure of asbestos contaminated soils within the crawl spaces of the facility.
