Vendors interested in offering either the specified products or suitable equivalents must submit supporting documentation and product samples for review prior to the proposal deadline. The contract, which spans three years, is valued between $500,000 and $2 million, and vendors must comply with NYS lobbying laws, submit current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms, and complete necessary vendor responsibility and tax documentation. The procurement emphasizes that only the designated contact person, Honey-Beth Nelson, can be approached regarding this opportunity, and any other contact may violate state law. The products targeted are advanced transcatheter mitral and tricuspid repair systems designed for minimally invasive cardiac procedures.
