AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 5 January 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canadian Nuclear and Safety Commission (CNSC) - Laboratory Services Division (LSD), has a requirement for a high resolution sector field inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (SF-ICP-MS) with a desolvating nebulizer. The SF-ICP-MS is needed to enhance LSD’s capabilities and provide more accurate results for safeguards compliance, national nuclear forensic library (NNFL) maintenance and nuclear forensic (NF) sample analysis.
