AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and Statements of Capabilities must be submitted by May 17, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All Statements of Capabilities submitted after 14:00 EDT will not be reviewed. Air-liquid interface exposure system The Office of Cannabis Science and Surveillance of Health Canada has a requirement for the supply of a complete in-vitro air-liquid interface (ALI) exposure system. Delivery to Ottawa, ON must be twenty weeks after the contract is awarded. Interested suppliers must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the ACAN. You are hereby notified that the government intends to negotiate with one firm only as identified above. Should you have any questions concerning this requirement, contact the contracting officer identified above. If no other supplier submits, on or before the closing date, a Statement of Capabilities that clearly meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, the contracting authority may then proceed with the award.
