ACAN Replacement of AC Controls Controllers for the Quebec Research and Development Centre

REPLACEMENT OF AC CONTROLS CONTROLLERS FOR THE QUEBEC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE This ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) intends to award a service contract to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in this ACAN, the contracting officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier. REQUIREMENT: The work requested by Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) is for the acquisition of goods and services related to our automation systems in order to replace obsolete controllers as it is no longer possible to find replacement parts. CRITERIA FOR ASSESSMENT OF THE STATEMENT OF CAPABILITIES : Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a statement of capabilities that it meets the following requirements: - To be a dealer in Quebec for Reliable Controls products; - Personnel must be trained and qualified to install, maintain and service the full range of Reliable Controls products, hardware, software and BACnet products. CONTRACT PERIOD: Work must be performed from the date of contract award until August 31, 2023 ESTIMATED VALUE: $40,616.96 CAD (excluding tax)
