THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING


PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement closes 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, 08 July 2026. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a corresponding size standard of $34M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 541519 in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice.


The contractor shall provide full-service maintenance coverage 5 days a week, with a four (4) phone response and 24-hour onsite response objective provided for critical system problems, and a 72-hour plus response for non- critical issues. The contractor shall provide support services that include on call services, remote support, on site-troubleshooting as needed, repair, and parts replacement. Support services will be conducted on Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC).


Performance will consist of one (1) 12-month base period, and four (4) one-year option periods. The Government anticipates making award on or about 30 August 2026, with the Request for Quote (RFQ) release date on or about 30 July 2026.
