ACCEL Export Certification Program Support

The ACCEL Export Certification Program Support contract provides four contractor positions to deliver essential administrative and technical support to the FDA’s HFP Export Certification Program, ensuring the smooth handling of export certificate and export list applications critical to U.S. public health and international trade. These roles are responsible for delivering reliable customer service to internal and external stakeholders, reviewing and processing applications, and maintaining operational readiness to meet evolving foreign government certification requirements. The current team is operating at near full capacity, and the program is poised to absorb additional workloads from HFP offices beginning in 2025–2026, with the constant threat of new regulatory demands emerging from key international markets. Any reduction in staffing or service levels would directly and immediately degrade application processing times and compromise the program’s ability to respond to new certification requirements, potentially leading to the closure of vital U.S. export markets. The continuity and scalability of this support are crucial to maintaining the integrity of U.S. product exports and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. The contract is managed by the Food and Drug Administration, with program inquiries directed through the HFP Acquisition Liaison, and contracting details still pending designation of a Contracting Officer.
