AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 24, 2023 at 2: 00 PM EDT. **
Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of the goods and services for the purpose of accelerating Earth Observation application innovations to address Canada’s environmental and socioeconomic challenges. As part of this initiative, the CSA requires the intelligent use of satellite data to develop Innovative Concept Solutions (ICS) for several key environmental and socioeconomic applications challenges of current importance to Canada that can be addressed using Earth Observation data as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) in Annex A Stage 1 - Concept Definition.
All stage 1 deliverables must be received no later than 11 weeks from the contract date.
