The Department of National Defence, Government of Canada, is seeking proposals for hotel amenities and accommodations services in Panama City, Florida, to support Canadian Armed Forces personnel. All participating hotels must be located within a 15-kilometer (9.3-mile) driving radius of the Tyndall AFB Visitors Center at 2359 Roosevelt Blvd, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. The contract period spans from October 10, 2026, to November 15, 2026, and the solicitation is structured to allow for the award of one or more contracts. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 29, 2026, and must include standardized annexes such as the Offer Submission Form, Offer Declaration Form, Statement of Work, Basis of Payment, and mandatory Travel Services Certification. All offers must be priced in United States dollars, excluding applicable taxes, and must not include exchange rate protection as such provisions will render submissions non-compliant. Invoicing requires detailed line items including delivery dates, contract numbers, financial codes, unit pricing, quantities, labor rates, and subcontractor details, with taxes separately identified and supported by official registration numbers. Payments are made monthly for completed work within 30 days of receiving a compliant invoice, with interest accruing at the Average Rate plus three percent annually on overdue amounts. Contractors are required to maintain accurate accounting records and systems to enable Canada to verify all costs. Offerors must certify compliance with Canadian procurement integrity standards, provide proof of legal registration as a travel services provider if required, and confirm they are not subject to any ineligibility or suspension from Canada.
