Le Conseil recherche à cet effet un ou des contractuel(s), capables de livrer, sous la supervision du Conseiller stratégique, tous les services suivants en français, selon une fréquence à déterminer : - Accompagner et soutenir le personnel de direction des écoles dans le développement de leurs compétences professionnelles ; - Offrir au personnel de direction des écoles un cadre sécuritaire pour des discussions transparentes et soutenantes; - Accompagner et soutenir les membres du personnel enseignant faisant partie de la banque de relève des directions; - Collaborer avec le Conseiller stratégique dans l’établissement du cadre d’accompagnement des membres du personnel du CÉF; - Intégrer à l’accompagnement des employés le développement des compétences professionnelles contenues dans le profil des compétences des divers employés du CÉF; - Offrir aux membres du personnel des rencontres individuelles ou collectives en accompagnement; - Accompagner le personnel enseignant dans la gestion de classe; - Contribuer à l’amélioration des pratiques professionnelles des personnels accompagnés. La personne ou les personnes retenues pourront réaliser l’accompagnement en mode virtuel. Cependant, elles devront pouvoir se déplacer en Saskatchewan pour rencontrer les membres du personnel si la chose leur est demandée
