The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) has a requirement to obtain licenses to access self- paced e learning products for accounting training, specifically on accounting standards such as the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS). E-learning products will be made available to the OAG’s diverse staff of approximately 500 professionals and other personnel on a Contractor-hosted web-based solution. In addition, access to this web-based solution must also be provided to the Canadian Council of Legislative Auditors (CCOLA), whose members consist of the provincial Auditors General, the federal Auditor General and the Auditor General of Bermuda.
