The Academy for Classical Education (ACE) is soliciting sealed proposals for the ACE Main Parking Expansion Phase 2 project at 5665 New Forsyth Road, Macon, Georgia. Proposals will be received at the ACE Main Office until 2:00 P.M. on July 2, 2026. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the parking expansion, including grading, drainage improvements, erosion control, concrete work, hot mix asphalt paving, and site stabilization. The work will be awarded under a single contract. The contract duration is 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Owner will determine proposer responsiveness and responsibility, may conduct discussions and negotiations, and reserves the right to award without discussions.
