ACES HY Sensor System

This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) ISR/SOF Directorate, WINK intends to award an order on a sole source basis to Raytheon Incorporated to design, develop and test a candidate replacement High Resolution Image (HRI) camera system for the United Stated Government owned, ACES HY Sensor System. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Raytheon Corporation is the Developer, Supplier and System Integrator of the ACES HY Hyperspectral Sensor System. Raytheon Corporation is uniquely suited to provide these services for the processors. The Government does not own the data rights for the system or processors and as such, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336413.
