Le centre Antoine-de-St-Exupéry, dans le cadre du DEP en électromécanique de systèmes automatisés possède et utilise une mini-usine – un système automatisé de traitement et d'ensachage d'agrégats (SATEA) – d’Automatisation Famic & Electro-Mécanik. Actuellement, cette mini-usine comporte les phases suivantes : · Phase 1 – Alimentation · Phase 2 – Lavage · Phase 3 – Pré-séchage/transfert · Phase 4 – Séchage · Phases 5 et 6 – Ensachage et pesage · Phase 7 – Poste d’aiguillage Tout en maintenant et en réutilisant les équipements existants, l’objectif du projet est de modifier les installations actuelles afin de la moderniser et l’adapter au nouveau programme d’études. · Moderniser et simplifier les phases 5 et 6 (ensachage et pesage) pour en faire une seule phase (5). · Enlever la phase 7 actuelle. · Ajout d’une nouvelle phase 6 – Station de formation de cartons mobile (cartonneuse). · Ajout d’une nouvelle phase 7 – Station robotisée de mise en boîte. · Ajout d’une nouvelle phase 8 – Station de contrôle qualité. · Ajout d’une nouvelle phase 9 – Station de fermeture de cartons. · Ajout d’une nouvelle phase 10 – Station de palettisation robotisée.
