DHS has a requirement for Telcordia Technologies. Telcordia Technologies, Inc., is located One Telcordia Dr., Piscataway, NJ 08854. The Requirement will provide telecommunications data Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) codes and Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG) which provides telecommunications infrastructure data to support modeling and analysis. The National Cybersecurity & Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) requires the LERG and CLONES datasets for the modeling, analysis and tools used by the NCCIC Operational Analysts. The database provides the NCCIC analyst with a unique capability to develop models of the communications infrastructure for multiple stakeholders which include other Federal Departments and Agencies in the event of an NS/EP event. The Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may submit a letter via email to the Contract Specialist, identifying their interest and capabilities in response to the requirement. Responses must be received no later than August 29, 2017, 12 pm EDT. A determination to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for proposals or quotations. Phone calls will not be accepted.
