Les documents d’appel d’offres seront disponibles sur le site du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) le 31 mars 2026. Seuls les soumissionnaires qui se sont procuré les documents d’appel d’offres par les services de SÉAO pourront déposer une soumission. Les soumissions seront reçues dans une enveloppe scellée clairement identifiée au nom du projet concerné, au bureau de la directrice des Services juridiques et greffe, situé à la mairie de Contrecœur, au 5000, route Marie-Victorin, Contrecœur, J0L 1C0, au plus tard à 14 h, le mardi 5 mai 2026.
