Le chargeur sur roues doit être conforme aux spécifications prévues aux clauses techniques contenues au devis d'appel d'offres. Le soumissionnaire qui se verra octroyer (le contrat devra respecter les exigences décrites aux documents d'appel d'offres ainsi qu'à la politique de gestion contractuelle de la Municipalité.
