Le présent appel de propositions a pour objet d'obtenir des soumissions pour le remplacement complet des solutions actuelles RH-Paie et Temps, le tout selon les conditions de la SAQ, contenues au présent document. Afin de répondre adéquatement à la diversité des besoins fonctionnels et technologiques, cet appel de propositions est structuré en deux lots visant l’acquisition de solutions SaaS: · Lot 1 : Solution RH-Paie intégrée comprenant un socle RH central (données et processus RH fondamentaux) ainsi qu’un module de Paie étroitement intégré, assurant la continuité des données et la conformité réglementaire. · Lot 2 : Solution de Gestion de temps centralise la gestion des temps déclarés, des absences et des congés.
