Ad Hoc Consulting Services

VIA Rail requires ad hoc consulting services on an as-needed basis. VIA intends to prequalify highly experienced suppliers for its requirements, in the following four (4) categories: 1)  Category A : Corporate Strategy 2)  Category B : Financial services 3)  Category C:  Project management 4)  Category D : Sustainability and environmental management The Tenderer can submit its tender proposal for one or more categories. A Tenderer can be selected for one or more categories, or various Tenderers can be selected for the same category. Mandatory Requirement Details: 1. Official Languages: Tenderer must be able to provide and deliver all the services specified in Part B, Appendix A, to VIA in both Canada’s official languages (oral and in written, including all communications, presentations, reports and other documents). 2. Experience: - Category A The Tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of Category A: Corporate Strategy. - Category B The Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of Category B: Financial services. - Category C The Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of Category C: Project Management. - Category D The Tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of Category D: Sustainability and Environmental Management. 3. Location: The Tenderer has a place of business in Canada. 4. Data Residency: VIA requires that data be stored in Canada and not transferred, copied, communicated, hosted outside of Canada.  Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
