Plumbing: Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new low entry shower base and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. and portable seat. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.
