This contract is for the procurement of ADAPTER, CONNECTOR with NSN 5935-01-708-6318 and a quantity of two units, to be delivered within five days of award under solicitation SPE7M0-26-T-022W. Delivery is FOB origin with no variance allowed in quantity, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination. Packaging must comply with DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, including RP001 for packaging, RQ011 for removal of government identification from non-accepted items, and RQ017 for bare item marking, with all packaging and labeling conforming to MIL-STD-129. If the item is hazardous per FED-STD-313, it must be packaged according to IP025; otherwise, commercial packaging per ASTM D3951 is required though subordinate to DLA requirements.
