About FCC FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture and food lender, with a healthy loan portfolio of more than $47 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and food. We provide flexible financing, AgExpert management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and food industry. As a Crown corporation, we provide an appropriate return to our shareholder, and reinvest our profits back into the industry and communities we serve. For more information, visit fcc.caRFP Scope:  As part of our enterprise learning strategy, FCC seeks to move towards a more personalized approach to learning. Today, we deploy a one size fits all approach to learning to all our roughly 2200 employees. This approach is not serving us well. Our desired future state is to find a way to evaluate an employee’s current knowledge and skill level to create a personalized learning plan. This will enable us to focus on their learning, which will help employees reach their desired performance level quicker than they can today. We would like to leverage adaptive learning technology to help us achieve the above. FCC’s roadmap is to start with our foundational onboarding program for our front-line lending staff as a starting point, then evaluate other learning programs to scale the use of this technology (ex: compliance learning programs, other onboarding initiatives, etc.).FCC is looking for a Software As A Service Adaptive Learning Platform to deliver a personalized learning experience. The platform should enable adaptive learning delivery as well as the ability to create adaptive course curriculum. Integration into Workday to synchronize a user's profile on learning progress is mandatory.RFP Schedule: RFP issue date: March 16, 2023 Vendor questions accepted until: March 22, 2023 at 2:00PM* RFP closing date and time: April 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM * *Note: All times are CST, Saskatchewan  RFP Process Considerations: Vendors should note that: This opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope and may cancel the RFP at any time. FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.  Requesting the RFP Document: Capable vendors who are interested in receiving a copy of the RFP document are to contact: Ronke NiagwanProcurement and Vendor Manager Farm Credit Canada procurement@fcc.ca Note: Vendors do not receive the RFP document by registering for the list of interested suppliers (“LIS”) on buyandsell.ca. Vendors must request the RFP document through FCC’s designated RFP contact.
