Full Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to Qwest Government Services, 1005 17th St. Room 1630, Denver, CO 80202-7202, to purchase one (1) fiber optic line. The fiber optic line is an addition to the existing fiber optic lines that run between WSMR and WSTF which are owned by Qwest Government Service which are required to transfer data between the two sites during test events. The fiber optic lines are solely manufactured and maintenance by Qwest Government Services, who has proprietary rights. The fiber optic line is compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
