The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA, intends to award an additional five (5) M253A1 81mm mortar cannons under existing Contract M67854-08-D-1028, to Dynamic Flowform, Inc, Billerica, MA, using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The additional cannons are in support of qualification and safety testing. Based on market research, Dynamic Flowform is the only facility that can fulfill the requirement using formflow technology and processes. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
