ADHD and Autism Coaching

The Office of Rail and Road is establishing a non-exclusive, zero-commitment call-off contract for specialist ADHD and autism coaching, mentoring, and workplace support services for neurodivergent employees. The contract is designed to provide non-clinical, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred support for adults who are autistic, have ADHD, are awaiting diagnosis, or self-identify as neurodivergent. Services are commissioned through individual Statements of Work and may include individual coaching, manager support sessions, neurodiversity awareness training, group workshops, and anonymised management reporting. Delivery can be conducted remotely, on-site, or through a hybrid model. The total anticipated contract value is up to £50,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 24 months, running from November 2, 2026, to November 1, 2028, with a possible 12-month extension to November 1, 2029. Award decisions are based on the most advantageous tender, evaluated on Quality and Methodology (40%), Experience and Capability (25%), Safeguarding and Governance (15%), and Cost (20%). Suppliers must provide fixed hourly rates and demonstrate compliance with UK GDPR, cyber security standards such as Cyber Essentials or ISO27000, and appropriate safeguarding and health and safety arrangements. Payment is made within 30 days of receipt of undisputed invoices following the acceptance of deliverables.
