This requirement encompasses the Contractor support to the Student Analysis and Operations Center (SAOC) and the School Certification Unit (SCU) within SEVP. The Contractor’s overarching effort shall be to strengthen and improve the tracking of foreign students and exchange visitors in the United States and reduce the potential for fraud. This effort includes technical, analytical, program management, administration, and adjudication support to specific SEVP processes. The Contractor shall indirectly provide compliance and law enforcement support.
