Administrative Appeals Officer / Hearing Officer

This subcontract with Salt Lake City Corporation involves providing quasi-judicial hearing services to manage civil violations of city code appeals. The Administrative Appeals Officer is responsible for reviewing evidence and testimony in accordance with Salt Lake City Code 2.75 to issue formal rulings on land use decisions and city-imposed impact fees. Qualified candidates must be members in good standing of the Utah State Bar or possess documented experience in handling citizen appeals. The primary objective of the role is to deliver adjudicated hearing decisions and formal rulings for prime contractors operating on city projects.
