Administrative Approval (AA) 25-001, Fairmont School Circulation & Parking Improvements

A request to expand a private school’s existing parking lot to accommodate increased vehicle queueing and parking capacity onsite. The proposed scope of work includes the addition of 84 parking stalls, 4 accessible stalls, 2 drive aisles, 5 parking lot light fixtures, landscaping, and an underground water detention system. The project would accommodate the queuing of more vehicles on campus to reduce traffic congestion on Camino Capistrano and Oso Road during peak student drop-off and pick-up periods.
